Feathers 'N Flight Package or Session Cancellation Policy last revised July 19, 2012 Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: All cancellations and rescheduling appointments MUST be made with 24-hour advance notice* to the therapist. Notice must be provided via telephone; emailed notification will not be accepted. If the appointment is not canceled or rescheduled with a 24 -hour advance notice, payment will be due in full for the missed appointment, and must be paid before any additional appointments will be accepted. If treatments are being funded by a foundation or other 3rd party organization which does not cover the cost of missed appointments, the client will be required to pay the therapist directly for the missed appointment. An appointment may only be rescheduled ONCE. In the event that a client cancels or wishes to reschedule a previously rescheduled appointment, payment will be due in full for the missed appointment, and must be paid before any additional appointments will be accepted. If a client cancels and reschedules an appointment, then cancels and reschedules again that appointment that was canceled the second time will be paid in full before any additional appointments are received. If you purchased a package deal and cancellations have been made already to a rescheduled appointment they will be taken as if already used. Clients who have package deals are ONLY allowed two cancellations and rescheduling with in there total packages. After purchasing another package it will be reset back to the original policy.
