This awesome meal-planning book can be used as a nutrition plan in and of itself (with three stages); or as a complement to the programs I've already listed. It's full of delicious, gourmet-style meals that are carefully carb-balanced. Each section has recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner that include entrees, side dishes, and even desserts. It's a yummy way to get more unusual and ultra healthy vegetables and spices into your diet! |

Bodylastics Resistance Bands
I love resistance bands for an awesome workout when I'm traveling, and I highly recommend them to anybody who doesn't have the resources to put together a workout space in their house. These are light, compact, portable, and deliver a truly effective and satisfying workout.
I will very likely suggest that clients acquire a set of these for their home workouts in between our training sessions. |
